Refund Policy

At Dr. D's Science Circus, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy explains when refunds, credits and transfers are available for our programs.

Parent or Guardian Cancellations

​

More than 14 days before the program

​

If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the scheduled program start date, you will receive a full refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.

​

Between 7 and 14 days before the program

​

If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the program start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund.

​

Less than 7 days before the program

​

Bookings cancelled less than 7 days before the program start date are generally not eligible for a refund.

​

Illness

​

If your child is unable to attend due to illness, please contact us as soon as possible.

​

Where appropriate, and at our discretion, we may offer:

• a credit towards a future program;

• a transfer to another available session; or

• a partial refund.

​

We may request reasonable evidence, such as a medical certificate, for refund requests related to illness.

​

Changes to Bookings

​

Where availability allows, bookings may be transferred to another day or session by contacting us before the program begins.

​

Additional fees may apply if transferring to a program with a higher price.

Cancellation by Dr. D's Science Circus

​

If we cancel a program due to insufficient enrolments, venue issues, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, you will be offered either:

​

• a full refund; or

• the option to transfer your booking to another available session.

​

Missed Attendance

​

Refunds or credits are not available if a participant:

​

• does not attend;

• arrives late; or

• leaves the program early.

​

Australian Consumer Law

​

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

​

Where required by law, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy regardless of the terms outlined above.
